Updated helm chart and dockerfile dependencies (#540)

* Updated Helm chart to use hapi fhir image v6.6.0

* Updated maven base image due to openjdk deprecation

* Removed superfluous app/main.war in entrypoint

* Update curlimages/curl to 8.1.2
