cb9769f0c3 Docker buid - heap memory error (#155) 
When building in Docker, we sometimes face a heap memory running out when compiling the WAR file.
Setting the MAVEN_OPTS="-Xmx1024m" resolves this

a62de82495 Setting batch.job.enabled to false by default, since HAPI won't launch on its own without it.
